2.  Shipping Policy

• For customers in Ho Chi Minh City: A Chau support free delivery, installation instructions, use and pay directly at home.
• For customers in remote provinces: A Chau uses safe delivery services or prestigious garages customers have needs.

3. Warranty Policy

Warranty conditions

• Be applied to all products that do not violate warranty policy conditions
• Machinery, equipment in case of trouble, malfunction caused by the manufacturer
• The product is still valid from the date of delivery
• Warranty and warranty stamp on the company’s products.

The cases are not covered by warranty

• Products expired on the warranty or lost warranty card.
• Product breakdown due to strong impact ( fall, break, collision, scratches, distortion…)
• Removing products without permission of A Chau Company.

4. Return policy

Depending on the type of product we have a different return policy

We agree, allow customer to exchange goods, return the goods in the following cases:

• Product is defective by the manufacturer
• The product is not as described in the quotation of our company
• Not enough quantity, not enough sets as order…

Terms of payments:

• Conditions are not used, ensure no error in the original form.
• Head full of packages, boxes…( if any)
• Full enclosed documents: invoices, receipts, warranty cards…
• Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
